Keeping Big Money Out of Politics

Norman Solomon, a Democratic candidate running for the House of Representatives, proves it is possible to beat out big money with a progressive message and grassroots support. Politicians need to learn from his example and get rid of lobbyist money and corporate donations that make progressive reforms for the American people impossible. The Green Party may have failed in part because they do not take corporate donations, but the effort needs to be made to keep big money out of politics.
